Water is a favorable form of energy generation. Dams with hydropower generation potential and irrigation are in demand now. Renewable source of energy is preferred as it cuts out emission of air pollutants, reservoirs, hydropower dams, generator operations related problems. Water energy used through oceans and dams can provide ample of electricity. Tidal energy and hydropower energy will lower the impact on greenhouse effects and global warming issues. Zero pollution is caused by the use of water energy.
Many countries are relying upon this form of power generation method. The reservoir once created can produce ample of power for cities and even offer water through canals. The electricity generation potential is high as there are incoming as well as outgoing tides from the barrages. There are many tidal plants designed to generate lot of renewable energy. Though the cons exist in this form of energy production methods used. Environment is always threatened with some water energy exploring techniques.
